I'm Dr. Erika Noonan, a board-certified family physician with over 15 years of experience, and I’ve dedicated my career to helping people live well as they age. I’m fellowship-trained in Geriatrics and Integrative Medicine, and I’m a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner—with ongoing advanced training in evidence-based menopause care. Staying current on the science is part of how I show up for my patients.
My background started in Nutrition Science, which still shapes how I practice. I focus on prevention, root-cause medicine, and supporting your body’s ability to thrive—whether you’re navigating perimenopause, struggling with fatigue, frustrated by weight changes, or just not feeling like yourself.
