A board-certified internal medicine physician, Patrick Fillnow is passionate about all aspects of patient care. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 2008 and completed his residency at The Medical University of South Carolina in 2011. Over the past ten years,  Patrick has served patients as an Internal Medicine Physician at the Charlotte Medical Clinic of Atrium Health as well as at Novant Health Internal Medicine - Providence. 

Dr. Patrick Fillnow's approach is warm, attentive, and sincere. He understands the privilege of his patients' trust and takes great joy in the process of building a relationship and developing a treatment plan that works for you. Within the direct primary care model, he can take his time with each patient, listening carefully to your concerns and humanizing the healthcare process. He believes that direct primary care allows for a return to primary care the way it should be practiced, taking into account the whole person and allowing for trust, empathy, and attention to detail.

A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Patrick received his undergraduate degree from Furman University, where he competed on the college tennis team. He lives locally with his wife, Julia, and their four children.
